SPA PARTY + EVENTS - details with pricing

SPA PARTIES: 

Our guided  spa experientials take you through our Facial Care and/or Body Care Protocols, step-by-step. This is a lovely way to learn more about our products, take a self-nourishing break + bond with friends, family and neighbors. 

Spa Parties can be booked as Private Events. All private Spa Parties + Events + Workshops can be arranged with us through our bookings email or by calling the shop at 720.376.1044. Our online request form is always a very helpful way to start as well.

Evening Spa Parties: Enjoy a little pre-spa mingling with libations*, almond mylk cheeses (v) and crackers (gf), mixed roasted nuts and our rainbow veggie and crudité platter. Also includes our Crystal Rose Beauty Water + Ayurvedic handcrafted raw cacao truffles. 

Spa Party Brunches: Includes French press coffee, fresh baked pastries--either croissants or seasonal galette*--mimosas, organic seasonal fruits, raw chocolate truffles and our Crystal Rose Beauty Water. Blossoming teas and herbal koffee* options are available upon request. 

*non-alcohol, non-caffeinated, vegan and gluten-free options available. Please let us know your preference when you reserve.  

  

FACIAL WORKSHOP: 

+ Wash away make-up and impurities while nourishing and gently exfoliating skin with our Cleansing Nectar. 

+ Enjoy a Botanical Steam tent to open pores + invite a few moments of nourishing deep breathing, intention, gratitude and relaxation. 

+ After learning the benefits of each of our 6 clay masks, mix the mask(s) of choice and apply (with a little help from your friends). 

+ Liberate and wash away dead skin cells and debris with our nourishing Cranberry Facial Scrub. 

+ Enjoy a mini hydrotherapy session to improve detox and circulation: apply a soft + steamy towel then immediately follow with a cool mint towel, then repeat. 

+ Further hydrate and balance skin with a Complexion Water of your choice. 

+ Finish with our densely nutritive and nourishing Facial Serum to lock in hydration. 

+ Apply our Yarrow Buttercream for extra moisture/protection + a Lip Balm of choice to finish things off. 

 

BODY WORKSHOP: 

Enjoy a sampling of our ultra-rich and purifying body products by way of a most nourishing treatment on feet and legs. 

+ Start with a relaxing foot soak: choose between our Mustard Soak, Floral Milk Bath or Pink Love Salts. Soak feet in a basin of warm river rocks for 5-10 minutes. 

+ Exfoliate, detox and nourish feet with our Alpine Pumice Foot Treatment. 

+ Experience our delicious Body Scrubs on legs and knees: Coffee+Cardamom, Lemongrass+Lime and Citrus+Vanilla. 

+ Further hydrate and nourish with a mist of Complexion Water and one of our Bath+Body Oils of choice. 

+ Finish with our tingly fresh Alpine Foot Butter to further nourish, protect and invigorate skin. 

 PRIVATE SPA PARTY PRICING 

Host your own private event in our space with a spa party as main event or opener for an extended celebration. Ideal for birthdays, bridal and baby showers.  

For all workshops and events, host and attendees receive 15% of all FIG+YARROW brand product purchases made that day. 

Packages A, B and Combo reflect pricing for Private Spa Party events. Additional Space Rental is available upon request.  

Package A $320 to reserve up to two hours and ten people. $16 per additional guest*.  

Food and beverages not provided. Choose between a Bath+Body Workshop or Facial Workshop. 

Package B $380 to reserve up to two-hours including ten people. $16 per additional guest*. 

Food and beverages are provided. Choose between a Bath+Body Workshop or Facial Workshop. 

Combined Facial+Body Workshops If you’d like your event to include a combined Facial+Body workshop, allow for an extra hour at an additional $100 per Package (A without food and beverage included, B with).  

If additional time and space is desired, we're glad to make custom arrangements with combined spa party and space rental packages. 

*may reserve for up to 32 people total, though up to 24 is recommended. 

  

SPACE RENTAL FOR PRIVATE EVENTS 

We have two beautiful garden spaces with unique features and two distinctive workshop/event spaces available on an hourly basis (2 hour minimum).  

Discounts are available for full space rentals and we can accommodate most special requests such as combined spa party and space rental packages. Discounts are also available for combination packages (this can be discussed at time of booking). 

For all workshops and events, host and attendees receive 15% of all FIG+YARROW brand products. 

Available spaces may be combined to suit your purposes. Access to a restroom and staff attendee are included in all packages. Use of ice machine, refrigerator, drink dispensers, biodegradable plates, cups and utensils are available for an additional charge (determined at booking). 

Should you require catering, we may be able to offer a full kitchen at an additional cost 

 

Available Spaces 

"Folia"  

Perfect for cooking demos and workshops requiring easy access to kitchen. 

+Tables and chairs accommodate up to 10 people comfortably (additional bar seating for up to 6 also available). 

+Space rental base rate is $150 for a 2 hr minimum; $60 each additional hour.  

+Reservation includes: 375 sq ft of space, single large table and chairs (with extra bar space and stools for additional people) + prep kitchen with refrigerator and sink.  

 

"The Good Bower"

Host large dinner parties, baby or bridal showers and workshops. 4 sets of tables accommodating up to 8 seats each allow for flexible space arrangements. 

+Tables and chairs accommodate up to 32 people comfortably, though 40 can be accommodated (additional bar seating for up to 6 also available). 

+Space rental base rate is $360 for a 2 hr minimum; $110 each additional hour. Payment in full due upon reservation.    

+Reservation includes: 1000 sq ft of space, 4 tables (up to 8 seats each) with plenty of bar height counter space. Additional tables and seating available upon request.  

The Garden Spaces (Weather Permitting) 

East Garden 

This is our open flagstone vegetable and herb garden. Includes a long adaptable dining table that can accommodate from 4-16 seats comfortably.  An open fire pit and ceramic cooker/grill are also available at an additional cost (determined at booking). This is a perfect space for outdoor parties, meetings and classes or to accommodate overflow from larger indoor events. 

+Accommodates table seating for 4-16 people or rowed seating for up to 40 (for intimate weddings). 

+includes an aspen wood arbor that may be decked out (for weddings or other purposes). 

+Space rental base rate is $115 for 2 hr minimum; $50 each additional hour. Payment in full due upon reservation.    

+Reservation includes: 375 sq ft of uncovered outdoor space, long outdoor dining table and chairs + use of bathroom.    

West Garden 

Our gorgeous West garden features a pond, plenty of greenery and antique pergola (with table seating for 3-5). Adaptable for workshops and meetings or a small group lunch/happy hour though best as an additional space added on to a fuller space rental package.  

+Accommodates up to 20 standing people comfortably. 

+Pergola may be used for food, bar, henna or tarot table. 

+Space fee is $60 an hour with payment due upon reservation. 

+Reservation includes: 1000 sq ft of uncovered outdoor space, 1-2 small tables, chairs and use of bathroom.   

 

Extended Info and Policies  

+Space reservations are available on a first come first serve basis and require payment in full to secure booking. We accept credit cards and PayPal. No paper checks or cash please. 

+Reservations can be made by emailing bookings@thefirehouseshops.com or by calling our shop at 720.376.1044. 

+Event hosts are responsible for all setup and cleanup. An attendant from our staff will be available for questions and general assistance. 

+Each space requires a refundable deposit in the amount of the base rate. Deposit payment is required upon reservation and will be returned upon inspection of the space following the event. 

+Wines, beers and cocktails are welcome with a signed agreement ensuring us that alcoholic beverages will be responsibly distributed and consumed. 

+If inclement weather or extenuating circumstances force a cancellation of your workshop or event, you have up to 30 days to reschedule, free of charge. All payments made will be transferred to a new event date. Should the cancellation be less than 30 days from the event date, we will refund the amount paid minus the deposit. 

+Reservation cancellations are accepted 10 days in advance for full refund minus deposit. If cancelled less than 10 days in advance, the refund will be given in the form of a credit which may be used for future space rental, spa party, event, workshop or products.
